Work experience 

I currently work at the Campus Recreation Center where I monitor the weight-room. Communicating policies, contributing to the culture, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service are some of the many features of this position.

During my time with Dunkin' I was in charge of the customer service, food preparation, documenting inventory, and overall operations. I learned how to anticipate customer needs and improve efficiency with my coworkers.

Projects

Consulting project

JTED wanted us to produce an economic impact report for their shareholders. As team lead for Eller's business communications class, my group was able to research and develop recommendations for our client. This was done through client facing presentations and weekly communication with the company. 

Client Competitor Analysis 

Individually, I was tasked with creating a client competitor analysis that was provided to the instructor during the introductory phases of the consulting project. I was able to create this report through researching the company website and utilizing the University of Arizona Online Library. 

PWC case Competition

My group was in charge of determining the effects of automated checkout on a company that valued a "home town" image. We researched various demographics to come up with our end proposal.  

Insight Eller Case Competiton

Insight, the technology solutions company, addressed problems with retaining new hires through the recruitment pipeline. With a focus on a matrix given by the company, my team and I were able to come up with viable solutions that correlated strongly with the provided matrix.

80 teams were presented this case in Eller. My team was selected, among 15 others, by insight representatives to be a winning project.

Cost Analysis Evaluation Intern for Organic Compost Production

The Fairfax Co. LLC wanted me to find how much it cost the company to make a cubic yard of finished product. I was able to dissect the entire process through communicating with managers within the operation and visiting the site to record data myself. Calculations were made in each spreadsheet so that each day the on site workers could add simple inputs which would give them their total costs for that day and eventually show how much a cubic yard within a particular windrow would be costing the company.

Yelp Sales recruitment intern

As a Yelp Recruitment Intern, I was tasked with finding candidates interested in working as an Account Executive. I was able to host 4 events for students, segment and send out campaign emails, present on various topics to help students grow and learn about the position, and develop essential sales skills that can be applied to the real world.
